Ordered a sympathy plant with a beautiful flower for my best friend when her father passed. The basket was a brown handsome weave and the flower, I think a lily was gorgeous. The flower was fresh and in bloom. The plant leaves were a nice green no marks of brown or dying. I recommend Lorbeer's Flower Shoppe, they don't disappoint and are professional and easy to talk to. I ordered on their website or you can call the shoppe to speak with someone. Thank you!!! Im very pleased with my order and my BF loved it and will have it as a keep sake in honor of her father.

i cannot praise lorbeer's enough for the gorgeous arrangement created for our valued colleague. the designer texted a photo to me and the actual arrangement was even better than the model photo. our colleague was deeply touched by the beauty. communication was outstanding and exepectations were exceeded in every way. highly, highly recommend!

I have ordered several arrangements through these guys. I must say they are amazing. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help pick just the right flowers. Every arrangement has been absolutely beautiful. I can’t recommend them more! I give them 10 out of 5 stars!

I am very unhappy with them. I ordered a peace lily for a funeral. I got both a confirmation and a cancellation that afternoon. I called because the amount was pending in my bank account. The lady at Lorbeer assured me it was canceled. I called and talked with another lady at Flower Shop NetWork and she also assured me the order was canceled and she had notified the back. This morning the charge went through at my bank. I am not happy at all with their service. And I hope they plan to return my money.

We did not put the credit card through. Flower Shop Network did. If you do not get a credit please call us with the order number and I will see what I can do with getting your money back. I refused the order because peace lilies are not available. I do not get any credit card numbers thru the website.
