I have ordered several arrangements through these guys. I must say they are amazing. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help pick just the right flowers. Every arrangement has been absolutely beautiful. I can’t recommend them more! I give them 10 out of 5 stars!

I am very unhappy with them. I ordered a peace lily for a funeral. I got both a confirmation and a cancellation that afternoon. I called because the amount was pending in my bank account. The lady at Lorbeer assured me it was canceled. I called and talked with another lady at Flower Shop NetWork and she also assured me the order was canceled and she had notified the back. This morning the charge went through at my bank. I am not happy at all with their service. And I hope they plan to return my money.

We did not put the credit card through. Flower Shop Network did. If you do not get a credit please call us with the order number and I will see what I can do with getting your money back. I refused the order because peace lilies are not available. I do not get any credit card numbers thru the website.
